They say every generation has a defining moment; one moment
in time that everyone will remember. The Stock market crash
in 1929, Pearl Harbor, JFK being assassinated, The moon landing,
the challenger explosion, 9/11... in 2010, that "defining moment"
was the great revelation -- vampires are real.
It's been eight months since vampires "came out of the coffin",
but the world has been changed in ways most people never imagined.
People are running around addicted to vampire blood, religious
fanatics and right wing politicians are trying their hardest to
crucify them, and don't even get me started on the fangbangers...
Mostly, people and vampires are just trying to find a way to live
side by side -- except for those vampires and other supes who never
viewed themselves as equals. One such vampire was Sean Williams
who, in a shocking display of brutality and strength, killed close to a
hundred people at the Governor's Christmas party down in Atlanta,
Georgia before retreating to the coast line of the state, making a
terrifying promise: Vampires will rise up, and they will show humans
who really is superior.
The American Vampire League was quick to denounce Sean as a
terrorist and promised action, but how can one take on a vampire
as old as Sean? He is powerful, smart and angry. Will the AVL or the
United States government even be able to take on an enemy like him?
Or will the unsung heroes of our society have to save us once again
from our worst nightmares. The Winchester Brothers are already on
their way to Thunderbolt, Georiga to bring the fight to that blood
sucking son of a bitch, as other hunters from all over the United States
converge on Georgia.
Who will bring down the old vampire first the hunters or the vampires?
Can they work together to bring down a common enemy?
And what of the other supernatural creatures that lurk out of sight, will
they side with Sean or will they side with the hunters? Pick your side
because the war is coming and head on over to...
